Board Meeting Minutes – September 18, 2025
Call to OrderThe meeting was called to order by President Calvin at 6:01 p.m.
Welcome & IntroductionsCalvin welcomed attendees and provided a brief introduction.
Discussion Items
LCRA Lake Lowering – Board discussed the upcoming lowering of Inks Lake.
Opportunity to clean and maintain parks while the lake is lowered.
Potential for a community clean-up event on the lake bed.
Website Update – Reviewed progress on the new community website and discussed its features for residents.
Vice President Position – The Vice President position will be open for election at the March meeting.
Budget Update – The association’s budget is in good standing.
Upcoming Events – Community picnic scheduled for October 4th.
